Process
- Let us know what chain and charms you would like by listing details such as styles, colors, materials, sizes, themes, etc. If you have a moodboard or inspo photos please send them to serevive.com/ after placing your order.
- Once your order is placed we will begin designing and sourcing for your piece. This process can take 2-4 weeks.
- Each component is sourced to order specifically for you. Charms may be vintage, second-hand, or handmade, so some flaws or imperfections may be visible.
- You will receive photos of the final piece via email so you may provide input and request up to 3 changes for free. The item will ship only once the final version is approved.
Customization
Customize every aspect of your necklace including the size, style and number of charms, colors, chain, and placement. You may include requests in the order notes or send us photos/information via email to contact@serevive.com
Lead times & shipping
Custom charm necklaces are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks to ship from the purchase date, please keep this in mind when placing your order. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order. Up to 3 changes/modifications are included in the price, if more changes are requested there may be an extra charge. This product is not eligible for any discounts except for free domestic shipping.
